Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting for a defined territory, partnering with Operations Managers to forecast staffing and shape workforce plans.

You'll own the candidate experience, build relationships with schools and community partners, coach managers through hiring, and maintain ATS data while driving recruiting programs that improve effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for a specific territory, serving as the main contact for candidates and hiring managers.
• Lead workforce planning meetings with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to department managers through the hiring process.
• Maintain all jobs, workflows, candidates, offers, and reporting in an ATS.
• Source and promote open positions using job boards, events, social media, and referrals; communicate needs to project teams.
• Collaborate on process improvements and strategic recruiting programs.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications as needed.
• Build relationships with local candidate sources (schools, associations, universities) and manage job fairs.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and reporting in partnership with Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Adhere to company values and perform additional duties as assigned.
