Job summary

Walmart seeks a Realty Project Coach to lead store remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, supervising hourly staff and coordinating with store leadership to resolve issues. Expect significant travel and overnight assignments to support projects nationwide.

Strong emphasis on project management, team development, and cross-functional collaboration with store teams. Excellent growth pathway within Walmart’s Realty Execution team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or 3 years of project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis experience.
• Minimum qualifications require handling multiple projects, timelines, and budgets.
• Attend required trainings and complete role-specific assessments.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and manage escalations with store leadership.
• Travel to project sites across the United States and maintain project plans.
