Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to own the execution of remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will supervise hourly team members, resolve escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.

You will travel to projects nationwide and partner with leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality standards, while benefiting from Walmart's internal career growth paths and benefit programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects within retail construction/remodel contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across Walmart US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and partner with store leadership to keep plans on track.
• Communicate plans and changes to key stakeholders and minimize impact on store operations.
• Travel to projects across the US; participate in overnight travel as required; mileage reimbursed.
