Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Influence others to meet timelines and deliverables; encourage collaboration and teamwork; resolve leadership, supplier, and associate concerns.
• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores; communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders; understand plans and minimize impact on store operations.
• Develop associates; provide supervision and development opportunities; listen to ideas, provide recognition, and identify career paths for associates.
