Job summary

Walmart Realty Execution is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide. You will supervise hourly teams, coordinate with store leaders, and drive projects to meet time, budget, and quality standards.

Expect overnight shifts and extensive travel across the United States from a home store base. Key qualifications include a business degree with project management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to develop associates while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 1 year of project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings and assessments (Academy, Open Door, etc.).
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Travel frequently to project sites across the US and support multiple locations.
