Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Manager for Workplace Experience to lead hospitality-focused services across a national portfolio of 26 locations. The role combines in-office and remote work, overseeing Concierge, Reception, Meeting & Event Management, and administrative services.

You will drive employee engagement, partner with clients, and ensure a consistent hospitality-driven experience for employees, visitors, and stakeholders across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Extensive experience in Workplace Experience or related fields with multi-location support.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong communication, organization, and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and align services with business objectives.
• Lead employee relations and workplace engagement initiatives across a dispersed workforce.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Oversee contingency planning, business continuity, and succession planning.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead training initiatives and technology adoption for Workplace Experience teams.
• Mentor and develop team members including performance management and recruitment.
• Coordinate schedules, priorities, and cross-training across locations.
• Ensure safety standards and CBRE policies are followed.
