• Design a portfolio-wide programming calendar to reflect the client’s brand and leasing objectives.
• Develop amenity monetization strategies including revenue models and pricing.
• Oversee standards for experience and hospitality across locations with SOPs and playbooks.
• Own experience KPIs, reporting cadence, and data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Lead multi-site experience teams, including hiring, scheduling, and coaching.
• Engage client leadership to ensure experience programs support occupancy and retention.
