• Experience in asset management and consultant relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own senior-level relationships with key investment consulting firms and key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned firms and identify opportunities.
• Articulate Barings’ investment capabilities and differentiation to consultants and clients.
• Collaborate with Institutional Sales, Product, and Investment teams to coordinate engagement.
