Job summary

Neuberger Berman is seeking a Vice President, Consultant Relations in New York, NY with a focus on managing relationships with institutional investment consultants and leading engagement strategies across the client lifecycle.

You will coordinate with Portfolio Management, Product, Marketing, and senior leadership to deliver tailored presentations, manage diligence processes, and represent the firm at industry events, while driving outreach and business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Management Science, Finance, or related field.
• Four or six years of client-facing experience in institutional investment services or related roles.
• Experience managing relationships with institutional investors and coordinating with legal, finance, tech, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end RFP/RFI submissions with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead meetings with Portfolio Management, Product, Marketing, and senior leaders to prepare for engagement and diligence.
• Build tailored materials and present firm investment capabilities to top-tier institutional consultants.
• Drive consultant outreach strategies and marketing campaigns in collaboration with senior relationship managers.
