Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to support Intelligence Community customers from a Maryland base. You will build partner programs, pursue opportunities, and shape growth across AWS with customers and prime contractors to influence adoption.

The role requires sales, opportunity management, and capture activities for national security programs. Candidates should have experience in entrepreneurial, matrixed environments and a track record of growing national security

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience.
• 5+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with national security executives and mission owners to understand their mission requirements.
• Drive revenue and market share in a defined region
• Accelerate customer adoption and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
• Manage contract negotiations
• Develop long-term strategic relationships
