Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Training Manager for national scope based in Raleigh, NC. This full-time, field-based role develops and delivers learning programs, coaches sales professionals, and partners with sales leadership to close training gaps across the nation.

Responsibilities include field rides, virtual coaching, live classroom training, and ongoing environmental scans to improve performance. Travel of 25–50% is required.

Qualifications

• Develop and deliver disease state, treatment, product and marketplace training
• Consult with Sales Leadership to identify training needs and gaps
• Stay current on training trends and maintain contacts with training vendors/professionals
• Monitor course evaluations and use metrics for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Develop Sales Professionals’ learning and coaching activities for national rollout.
• Conduct field rides, virtual coaching sessions and live classroom training.
• Identify potential learning gaps across the field sales organization.
• Apply adult learning principles and innovative training solutions to programs.
