Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.
• Valid driver’s license required in State of residence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver disease state, treatment, product, and marketplace training.
• Coordinate with Sales Leadership to identify training needs and gaps.
• Deliver on-time and on-budget training programs across the field organization.
• Conduct field rides, virtual coaching sessions, and live classroom trainings.
• Monitor training evaluations and drive continuous improvement.
