Job summary

Responsibilities

Ensure all training deliverables are delivered on-time and on-budget in support of the sales team.
Develop, approve, and deliver disease state, treatment, product and marketplace training, foundational and advanced sales skills training.
Consult with Sales Leadership to identify training needs/gaps that will support department/organization goals.
Keep current on trends in training, performance improvement, and organizational learning and build vendor contacts.
Monitor course evaluations and compliance to gather metrics for continuous improvement.
Demonstrate effective platform skills when facilitating meetings or delivering training.
Field travel to coach individual sales representatives.
Demonstrate selling skills regarding the client’s portfolio to meet customer needs.
Continually develop and apply knowledge of adult learning principles and new techniques.
