ARBOC Specialty Vehicles in Middlebury, IN is seeking a senior sales leader to develop and execute nationwide sales plans that grow market share and profitability while forecasting revenue. You will build and lead a high-performance sales team, recruit and coach representatives, and manage dealer and distributor relationships.

The role requires 5–10+ years in sales, exposure to bus manufacturing or transit, strong data analysis skills in Excel, and adept negotiation and presentation abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5–10+ years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of bus manufacturing or transit industry is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and Excel proficiency; excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement nationwide strategic sales plans to grow market share and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor the sales team; provide field coaching and evaluations.
• Directly cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, stakeholders, and distributors.
