KBX Logistics, a Koch company, is seeking a Director of National Sales to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the U.S. domestic Managed Transportation market.

You will shape sales strategy, forge strategic customer relationships, and lead execution of innovative plans that deliver long-term value. In this role you will align objectives with financial targets, monitor market trends, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to present customized solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience selling Managed Transportation solutions including 4PL, LLP, and Control Tower.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Proven track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders and solving complex problems.
• Experience negotiating long-term contracts and SLAs in freight management.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and tracking opportunities using a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of sales plans targeting new customer acquisition, market penetration, and long-term value.
• Align sales objectives with company goals and financial targets, ensuring measurable success.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and expand relationships with key decision makers across target segments.
• Lead negotiations and close complex, high-value deals delivering business outcomes.
• Drive market research and competitive intelligence to inform pricing and go-to-market strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, customer success, and product teams to tailor solutions.
• Leverage technology to streamline sales processes and improve customer engagement.
• Champion innovation in sales methodologies and tools to strengthen competitive edge.
• Travel up to 50%.
