Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a strategic Sales Manager - Battery & Integrators to lead national sales engagement with battery manufacturers and system integrators across North America. You will own revenue growth and serve as the primary commercial and technical sales interface for PCS solutions in utility-scale energy storage projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience in energy storage or related industries.
• Experience selling to battery manufacturers, system integrators, EPCs, developers, utilities, or asset owners.
• Strong understanding of utility-scale BESS, PCS/inverter technologies, grid interconnection, and project lifecycles.
• Experience developing commercial agreements, account plans, opportunity strategies, and sales forecasts.
• Ability to communicate credibly with engineering, procurement, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the North American sales strategy and key account plans for batteries and integrators.
• Build relationships across executive, commercial, technical, procurement, project-development, and operational functions.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close PCS opportunities generated through battery manufacturers and integrators.
• Maintain account-level pipeline visibility, opportunity strategy, forecasts, and sales action plans.
• Coordinate with Legal, Tendering, Procurement, Product Management, and Operations to move opportunities from qualification to order.
• Develop commercial strategies that improve Hitachi Energy's position within battery and integrator channels.
