We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Director to lead our Non-Surgical Medical Devices sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

This position reports to the Vice President and General Manager of Solta. It is responsible for sales management of our Non-surgical sales team and will collaborate with our Surgical sales team where appropriate to deliver a comprehensive set of aesthetic medical device solutions to our customers.

This position can be based within the United States, but preferably in a major metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets
  • Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
  • Work with sales operations to develop appropriate compensation plans and bonus structure
  • Manage team productivity and results leveraging CRM to measure
  • Develop professional development plans for the team
  • Establish a robust succession plan to accelerate business scaleability
  • Work with marketing, clinical, and customer support to assure smooth customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations


Qualifications:
  • BA/BS required. Higher degree a plus
  • Minimum of 5+ years of sales management experience in the medical/aesthetic device industry
  • Experience leading sales managers strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a fast-paced environment
  • Capital sales leadership experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability of building high performance teams, structures
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent ability to analyze and interpret data and contribute to business reviews for sales management and executive management
  • Track record managing and driving organizational change
  • Demonstrated a proven track record of consistently leading teams to exceed annual sales goals and driving significant revenue growth within complex, competitive markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Travel up to 75% of the time
