Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (SEA) seeks a Senior Manager of Category Sales for National Retail to lead sell-in and sell-out strategies across NCME categories.

You will collaborate with MX account teams and NCME product management to generate sales insights, shape growth plans and ensure operational excellence across national retailers. The role requires a business/engineering degree and 8+ years in sales strategy, with P&L experience and strong cross-functional communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in business and/or engineering with 8+ years of directly related experience.
• Prior management experience in sales strategy for a diverse mobile portfolio.
• Prior experience with sales in the distributor and/or retail channels.
• Must have experience with P&L management.
• Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for internal and external personnel at various levels, especially in sales, marketing, logistics, or finance.
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
• Review detailed product development, marketing documents and media materials as needed.
• Demonstrated competency in communication across levels.

Aufgaben

• Sell-in and sell-out support for NCME product categories in National Retail.
• Work with MX account teams and NCME product management to provide sales insights and enable growth strategies.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, plans and programs to achieve NCME sales targets; manage TP planning and budgeting.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Convince leadership and customers to adopt plans, marketing, and project recommendations.
• Plan and prioritize multiple complex assignments and projects.
• Read and interpret detailed sales/marketing documents and contracts to ensure compliance.
