Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a senior sales strategy leader to drive sell-in and sell-out for NCME product categories in National Retail. You will partner with MX account teams and NCME product management to deliver sales insights that enable growth strategies and operational excellence.

The role also oversees TP planning and budgeting, builds strong relationships across levels, and persuades diverse stakeholders to approve plans and campaigns in a competitive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business and/or engineering is required.
• 8+ years of directly related experience in sales strategy.
• Experience with P&L management and multi-channel sales.
• Strong oral and written communication across levels.
• Ability to influence strategies using data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

• Sell-in and sell-out support for NCME product categories in National Retail.
• Partner with MX account teams and NCME product management to provide insights for growth.
• Accountable for sales performance by account including promo recommendations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, plans and programs to meet targets.
• Plan, budget and manage TP planning.
• Build excellent relationships across levels inside and outside the company.
