Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field.
• 18–20 years Consumer Electronics industry experience.
• Strong leadership and relationship management.
• Advanced presentation and persuasive skills.
• Analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to communicate progress to all leadership levels.
• Strong project management skills to drive customer initiatives.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieving annual revenue targets across TV, Audio, Monitor, and Memory categories.
• Negotiating and managing significant annual programs to drive business growth.
• Overseeing the finance team responsible for managing all claims and post‑audit negotiations with key retail partners.
• Providing strategic feedback to Product Management and internal teams regarding business trends, SKU placements, promotional strategies, and organizational changes.
• Communicating strategies at the C‑suite level, both internally and externally, including direct engagement with senior retail leadership.
• Motivating and developing future leaders within the organization across key account teams.
• Directing and influencing cross‑functional teams, including Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Experience, aligned to the key accounts.
• Leading all top‑to‑top meetings and collaborating with cross‑category teams to develop cohesive strategies across all product lines.
