Job summary

Opensity Solutions seeks an experienced National Records Manager to lead Records & Information Governance across client locations. You will drive compliance, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of governance operations experience within professional services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Records & Information Governance (RIG) principles and information lifecycle management.
• Experience managing records operations in large professional services environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RIG operations across client locations to ensure quality and compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop RIG team members.
• Manage vendor relationships and review invoices for storage and related services.
• Develop and improve operational processes to strengthen compliance and efficiency.
• Train teams on RIG systems, policies, and procedures.
• Build relationships with client leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on operational data to drive improvements.
