Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising hourly team members, addressing escalations, and partnering with store leadership. Overnight shifts and extensive travel are involved to support projects across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field plus 1 year of PM experience or 3 years of PM/space management/ops data analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders and travel to projects across the US.
• Develop associates by providing supervision, mentorship, and performance recognition.
