Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team. You will own the execution of remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, supervising hourly staff and coordinating with store leadership to keep work on schedule.

The role involves frequent travel, working overnight shifts, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to Walmart's high-quality standards. A strong track record in project management and store design is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Or 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store or club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel frequently to project sites; ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
