Walmart Inc. Realty Execution is seeking a Realty Project Coach to own store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality.

You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and travel nationwide to support project needs. You’ll partner with store leadership to keep projects on track and develop associates through supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.
• 1 year of experience leading cross-functional teams; PM Certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and clubs across the US.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders to minimize impact on store operations.
• Develop associates by supervising, mentoring, recognizing, and guiding career paths.
