Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own the execution of store remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.

Based out of a home store in Pueblo, CO, you will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. Overnight shifts and travel up to 1000 miles are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus 1 year in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or 3 years in those areas.
• Attends and completes required trainings and assessments for the role.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel to projects across the US and coordinate with stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets.
• Develop associates by mentoring, coaching, and providing performance feedback.
