Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US.

You will take ownership of delivering store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time, within-budget results while upholding quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Or 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete job trainings and assessments as specified.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores and ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders and minimize impact on store operations.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates; mentor and evaluate talent.
