You will bring deep knowledge of real estate risks, market relationships, and strategic leadership across complex portfolios and development activity.

Lead the national strategy, align service standards, build senior-level relationships with executives, carriers, and partners, and drive measurable growth while collaborating across markets and teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive real estate brokerage, underwriting, risk management, consulting, or adjacent experience.
• Strong credibility across real estate sectors, client operating models, risk exposures, and markets.
• Experience supporting complex real estate portfolios, development projects, or strategic pursuits.
• Ability to build senior-level relationships with real estate executives, carriers, and partners.
• Proven ability to lead through influence across markets and functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive national new business growth across priority real estate sectors.
• Support producers on complex real estate opportunities with strategy and risk considerations.
• Lead cross-market collaboration, client meetings, and RFP responses.
• Develop and execute the national strategic plan for the Real Estate Practice.
• Represent IMA’s real estate expertise in forums and partnerships.
