Qualifications

• Extensive real estate brokerage/risk management or related consulting experience.
• Strong credibility across real estate sectors, client operating models, and markets.
• Ability to lead through influence across markets, functions and reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Drive national growth across priority real estate sectors and complex portfolios.
• Develop and execute the national Real Estate Practice strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Lead collaboration with market leaders to translate opportunities into focused plans and resources.
• Represent IMA in real estate forums, provide market insights, and expand carrier/partner relationships.
• Mentor real estate talent, build repeatable solutions, and scale capabilities across markets.
