Qualifications

• Extensive real estate brokerage, underwriting, risk management or related experience with strong knowledge of real estate exposures and insurance solutions.
• Credibility across real estate sectors, client operating models, risk exposures and insurance markets.
• Experience supporting complex real estate portfolios, sophisticated placements and development projects.
• Ability to lead through influence across markets, functions and reporting lines.
• Ability to recruit, develop and deploy specialized talent.

Responsibilities

• Drive national new business growth across priority real estate sectors.
• Support producers on complex real estate opportunities with strategy and risk considerations.
• Lead high-value pursuits, portfolios, and development projects.
• Represent the practice in reviews, client meetings and RFPs.
• Align standards and delivery models across markets for a consistent client experience.
