Qualifications

• Extensive real estate brokerage, underwriting, risk management or consulting experience.
• Credible across real estate sectors, client operating models and markets.
• Ability to lead complex pursuits and strategic real estate solutions.
• Strong knowledge of property and catastrophe risk and related insurance.
• Proven ability to build senior-level relationships with executives and partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive national growth across priority real estate sectors and markets.
• Support producers on complex opportunities with strategy and risk considerations.
• Represent IMA’s real estate expertise in client meetings, RFPs and reviews.
• Develop and execute a national real estate strategy aligned with enterprise growth.
• Lead cross-market collaboration and market-facing real estate thought leadership.
