Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to join our National Real Estate Team.

This role is responsible for renewal policy reviews, loss analyses, program design, data completeness, and coverage/premium discrepancies for existing accounts, with eligibility for remote work. Key duties include winning new business, maintaining client knowledge, initiating renewal plans, and leading meetings with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance or related industry based on the assigned book of business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office products: PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Travel 20-25% of the time, depending on location.
• Experience with Applied Epic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support in winning new business and setup of new accounts.
• Maintain intimate knowledge of clients' business operations and needs.
• Kick-off renewal process by creating the Game Plan and conducting coverage analysis.
• Prepare for and facilitate meetings with key IMA stakeholders and clients.
• Craft marketing strategies, review submissions, and engage with underwriters.
• Pursue ongoing education and awareness of industry trends and services.
• Develop and maintain carrier relationships.
• Manage a book of business greater than $1.3 million in revenue.
• Identify client priorities and create a vision for their insurance program.
• Structure long-term partnerships with assigned clients.
• Offer client and internal team management and coaching.
• Work with internal teams to ensure client and company success.
• Support and demonstrate IMA’s core values and DEI.
