Qualifications

• Extensive real estate brokerage, underwriting, risk management, or consulting experience.
• Strong credibility across real estate sectors, client operating models, risk exposures.
• Experience supporting complex portfolios, development projects, or strategic pursuits.
• Ability to lead through influence across markets, functions and reporting lines.
• Talent development and deployment of specialized real estate talent.

Responsibilities

• Drive national new business growth across priority real estate sectors.
• Support producers on complex real estate opportunities and risk considerations.
• Lead strategic planning and alignment of the Real Estate Practice nationwide.
• Collaborate with market leaders to translate opportunities into focused plans.
• Represent IMA in real estate forums and provide market intelligence.
