Qualifications
- Extensive real estate related brokerage, underwriting, risk management, consulting, or adjacent experience.
- Strong knowledge of property and catastrophe risk, valuation, builder’s risk, complex casualty, and contractual risk transfer.
- Ability to translate technical knowledge into practical solutions and measurable client value.
- Proven credibility across relevant real estate sectors, client operating models, risk exposures, insurance markets, and competitive dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Drive national new business growth across priority real estate sectors.
- Support producers on complex real estate opportunities with strategy and risk considerations.
- Lead and influence cross-market collaboration to translate opportunities into focused plans.
