Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with public or labor clients.
• Demonstrates above-average business acumen related to strategy execution and decision consequences.
• Demonstrates positive mindset and ability to optimize performance through collaboration.
• Demonstrates the ability to adapt in stressful situations and develop strategies for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategy, growth, and development of the Public & Labor Practice, including building carrier partnerships and expanding brand relationships.
• Develops targeted sales and marketing strategies for prospects.
• Educates producers on the public and labor value proposition and IMA’s consulting approach; serves as a subject matter expert for producers.
• Participates in finalist and prospect meetings with production staff as needed.
• Supports the development of RFP responses and collaborates with service teams.
• Provides collaboration and thought leadership for service teams specializing in public and labor clients.
• Cultivates public and labor talent; develops investment plans and growth pathways for associates.
• Collaborates with IMA Benefits national team, Market Leaders, producers, and strategic partners.
