You will manage analysts, coordinate workload, and contribute to national leadership initiatives, focusing on analytics, underwriting projections, and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of similar or related experience.
• Prefer college graduate, 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with MS Office Suites with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Managerial or leadership experience.
• Some travel required (monthly).
• Responsible for executing the benefit division’s analytic solutions and tools.
• Strong analytical (quantitative and qualitative) abilities.
• Ability to manage and mentor experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values.
• Interacts professionally with clients via email, phone and in-person.
• Manages regional financial strategy team leads with clear expectations and evaluations.
• Coordinates metrics for workload and project assignments of analysts.
• Partners with regional leads to assess workload and staffing needs.
• Provides feedback to support professional development and client satisfaction.
• Participates in hiring processes for direct reports and department roles.
• Leads national financial strategy servicing meetings and training curriculums.
• Identifies opportunities to improve service offerings and implements initiatives.
• Mentors financial strategists to develop expertise across markets.
• Interacts with market leaders to ensure quality across functions.
• Implements new products and services alongside existing processes.
• Acts as peer reviewer and mentor for complex client books and reporting.
