Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) Private Client Services – National is seeking a Business Development Executive to grow new business across designated regions. You’ll lead sales calls and presentations, cultivate a broad portfolio of potential accounts, and leverage networks to drive opportunities in the private client space.

You will work with senior stakeholders, perform targeted market research, and participate in industry events to expand the firm’s reach.

Qualifications

• Broker License.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of five years' experience with new business development required, ideally with large group insurance experience.
• Proven insurance industry experience with individual and group insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Complete sales calls and presentations.
• Cultivate and handle a large portfolio of potential accounts.
• Conduct in-depth, targeted market research to identify opportunities.
