Job summary

CDW is seeking a Principal Solution Architect - Lenovo ISG to serve as a national technical authority within the National Specialized Presales team. This senior role shapes technical strategy for enterprise data center solutions and drives coordinated sales efforts with Lenovo and ecosystem partners.

You will lead complex pursuits, craft architecture directions, and mentor architects while presenting to executives and ensuring scalable, repeatable solutions across CDW customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical pre‑sales or technical architecture experience.
• Subject matter expertise in enterprise data center infrastructure and Lenovo ISG or similar technologies.
• Proven success designing, positioning and selling complex technology solutions and services.
• Advanced consulting, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a national technical authority for Lenovo ISG opportunities across CDW.
• Define architectural direction for enterprise compute, storage, and converged infrastructure.
• Lead technical strategy for complex pursuits and cross‑practice alignment.
• Design solutions addressing infrastructure, business constraints, and roadmaps.
• Lead briefings, workshops, architecture reviews, and business outcome discussions.
• Develop repeatable solution plays and reference architectures.
