Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an Infrastructure Solutions Group – Solution Architect (North East US preferred) to drive field sales for Data Center solutions. You will design, position, and deliver tailored Lenovo data center offerings in collaboration with customers, sales teams, and partners.

This highly customer-facing role requires deep technical expertise, solution-selling skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships from technical practitioners to executives, with travel to customer sites

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE or equivalent.
• 7–10+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong consultative selling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted relationships with customer stakeholders from technical teams to C‑suite executives.
• Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and solution content to a broad customer audience.
• Architect end‑to‑end Data Center solutions using Lenovo products, services, and partner technologies.
• Support and drive sales objectives to meet or exceed bookings and revenue targets.
• Serve as the technical author and SME for RFPs, RFIs, and proposal responses.
• Lead configurations, demonstrations, and interoperability discussions to meet customer requirements.
• Represent Lenovo at industry trade shows, events, seminars, and customer briefings.
• Ensure successful deployment of sold solutions and deliver an outstanding customer experience post‑sale.
