Job summary

Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group seeks an ISG Solution Architect to drive field sales for Data Center solutions, partnering with customers and partners to design end-to-end deployments using Lenovo products and services.

The role is highly customer-facing with deep technical expertise and a focus on solution selling across HCI, HPC, Big Data, AI, and virtualization, requiring strong relationship-building and travel in North East US. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• 7–10+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar customer-facing technical role
• Strong consultative selling and presentation abilities
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites and industry events as required

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders from technical teams to C-suite executives
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and solution content to a broad audience
• Architect end-to-end Data Center solutions using Lenovo products, services, and partner technologies
• Support and drive sales objectives to meet or exceed bookings and revenue targets
• Lead configurations, demonstrations, and interoperability discussions to meet customer requirements
• Manage and support customer PoC and PoT engagements
• Represent Lenovo at industry trade shows, events, and customer briefings
• Ensure successful deployment of sold solutions and post-sale customer experience
