Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an ISG Solution Architect to act as a trusted technical advisor in a customer-facing role. You will design and position data center and edge solutions and translate complex business needs into practical technology outcomes for enterprise clients in the Northeast region.

You will collaborate with sales, partners, and engineering to drive revenue growth, lead discovery sessions, and guide deployments from concept to adoption across the Lenovo portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IT or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or related technical pre-sales role.
• Proven success supporting enterprise server, networking, storage, or data center opportunities.
• Ability to travel to customer locations and industry events (Eastern United States).

Responsibilities

• Design and architect data center and edge solutions for enterprise customers.
• Build trusted relationships with technical decision makers, business stakeholders, and executives.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and executive briefings.
• Partner with account teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales objectives.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and translate customer requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Author and support technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals.
• Manage POC and POT engagements to validate solutions and accelerate sales cycles.
• Provide technical leadership during solution deployment and adoption.
• Collaborate with partners and channel organizations on regional sales strategies.
• Stay current on emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
