Job summary

AE2S seeks a Pipeline and Conveyance Practice Leader to shape and deliver nationwide strategy, technical excellence and growth across water infrastructure. You will drive vision, mentor engineers, and collaborate with leadership to expand capabilities and market presence.

The role influences projects and teams across offices, with travel to support conferences, client meetings, and business development. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 10+ years of pipeline and conveyance engineering experience in water/wastewater.
• 2+ years of leadership or program management experience.
• Ability to travel periodically for conferences, client meetings and business development.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the national vision for AE2S’ Pipeline and Conveyance Practice.
• Partner across regions to grow teams, capabilities and marketing presence.
• Lead technical direction and elevate quality across large pipeline and conveyance projects.
• Anticipate and operationalize emerging trends in pipeline and conveyance design.
• Represent AE2S in client advisory roles, conferences and professional engagements.
• Support major pursuits and provide technical leadership in business development.
• Mentor and develop engineers and staff across offices.
