Job summary

AE2S is seeking a Pipeline and Conveyance Practice Leader to drive nationwide strategy, technical excellence, and growth for water infrastructure projects. You will shape national standards, partner across regions to expand teams, and lead major pursuits with clients and industry groups.

Based in Des Moines, IA with opportunities to work across the United States, this role requires PE licensure or progression toward it, and a track record of leading complex pipeline projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field required.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 10+ years of pipeline and conveyance engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading teams or practice initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, technical direction, and growth of AE2S Pipeline and Conveyance Practice nationwide.
• Set and drive the national vision for pipeline and conveyance systems.
• Partner across regions to grow teams and capabilities.
• Lead quality across large projects and contribute to business development.
