AE2S is seeking a Pipeline and Conveyance Practice Leader to guide the national practice across the United States, driving strategy, technical excellence, and growth in water infrastructure. This role leads the practice across locations, influencing projects, teams, and the future of how water is delivered.

You will shape national strategies, expand capabilities across states, mentor engineers, and collaborate with leadership to advance innovative solutions while benefiting from discretionary

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 10+ years of pipeline and conveyance experience for water/wastewater utilities.
• 2 years of leading teams or practice areas.
• Proven communication with clients, public, and staff.
• Ability to travel periodically for conferences and meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead national strategy for pipeline and conveyance practice.
• Grow teams and marketing presence across regions.
• Lead technical direction and elevate project quality.
• Anticipate trends in pipeline and conveyance design.
• Represent AE2S in industry through advisory roles and conferences.
• Support major pursuits and provide technical leadership in BD.
• Mentor engineers and staff across offices.
