AE2S seeks a Pipeline and Conveyance Practice Leader to drive nationwide strategy, technical excellence, and growth across water infrastructure projects. The role oversees multiple states and collaborates with leadership on operations, client development, and strategy.

You will mentor engineers, expand capabilities, and influence major pursuits while representing AE2S in industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• PE licensure or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 10+ years of experience in pipeline and conveyance engineering for water/wastewater systems.
• Demonstrated leadership of teams or practice areas.
• Excellent client communication and ability to travel periodically.

Responsabilités

• Lead national strategy and growth of AE2S’ Pipeline and Conveyance Practice.
• Set vision for pipeline and conveyance distribution systems nationwide.
• Mentor engineers and staff across offices; develop teams and capabilities.
• Represent AE2S in industry forums and client advisory roles.
