Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc. (AE2S) seeks a Pipeline and Conveyance Practice Leader to guide national strategy and technical direction for water infrastructure projects across the United States.

You will influence project delivery, mentor engineers, and collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives. Role demands leadership across offices, strong communication with clients, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 10+ years in pipeline and conveyance engineering for water, wastewater, reuse, or related infra.
• 2+ years leading teams or initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead national strategy for AE2S Pipeline and Conveyance Practice.
• Set vision for pipeline and conveyance and distribution systems.
• Grow teams, capabilities, and marketing presence across regions.
• Lead technical direction and elevate project quality across major projects.
• Anticipate trends in pipeline and conveyance design and implement them.
• Represent AE2S in industry, client advisory roles, and conferences.
