Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking a Pipeline and Conveyance Practice Leader to drive nationwide strategy, technical excellence, and growth for water infrastructure projects across the United States, including leadership across multiple offices.

The role requires a PE license, 10+ years in pipeline/conveyance work, and the ability to travel to client sites and conferences. AE2S offers an ESOP, 401(k) matching, and comprehensive family benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 10+ years of pipeline and conveyance engineering experience in water, wastewater, reuse, or related utility infrastructure.
• 2 years of demonstrated experience leading teams, initiatives, or practice areas.
• Demonstrated track record of technical excellence.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, the public, and other employees.
• Ability to travel periodically to support conferences, project pursuits, client meetings, and other business development activities.
• Pre-employment onboarding requirements may include background check, drug screen, and MVR search.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, technical direction, and growth of AE2S’s Pipeline and Conveyance Practice nationwide.
• Set and drive the national vision for pipeline and conveyance and distribution systems.
• Partner across regions to grow teams, capabilities and marketing presence.
• Lead technical direction and elevate quality across large pipeline and conveyance projects.
• Anticipate and operationalize emerging trends in pipeline and conveyance infrastructure and system design.
• Represent AE2S as a recognized voice in the industry through client advisory roles and conferences.
• Support major pursuits and provide technical leadership in business development.
