Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Director of Pharmacy Analytics to build and lead a national analytics infrastructure supporting Regional Pharmacy Directors and field teams. You will design standardized methodologies, automate workflows, and ensure data quality and security across platforms.

The role requires a Master’s degree or higher with 8–10 years in pharmacy benefits or healthcare analytics, plus 5+ years of enterprise analytics leadership. Hybrid work in multiple U.S. locations is offered.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in pharmacy, health economics, actuarial science, statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in pharmacy benefits management or healthcare analytics.
• 5+ years managing technology platforms and enterprise-wide analytics infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build and oversee a national pharmacy analytics platform for regional directors and field teams.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of analytics technologies and data integration.
• Monitor pharmaceutical trends and provide regular intelligence briefings to leadership.
• Develop forecasting models, cost projections, and benchmarking reports.
