Job summary

Advanced Agrilytics seeks a strategic partner network leader to own growth and performance across a nationwide accountant partner ecosystem. You will recruit, onboard, and manage high-impact accounting and referral partners, becoming the primary relationship owner for activation and deal progression.

You will drive revenue through partner-sourced opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to support pipeline health and enablement materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or partnerships, with demonstrated results.
• History of building and managing partner or referral networks.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial services, or professional services ecosystems.
• Excellent relationship-building and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, growth, and performance of a nationwide accountant partner network.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard accounting firms and non-accountant referral partners.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for partner firms to ensure activation and enablement.
• Drive revenue through partner-sourced opportunities and selective direct sales activity.
• Collaborate with internal sales, agronomy, and delivery teams to support deal progression.
• Track and report on network growth, activation, revenue contribution, and pipeline health.
• Partner with Marketing to develop enablement materials and partner-facing content.
