TierFive is seeking a Partner Channel Business Development Manager to expand our national partner network across software, technology, and service providers. The role is based in Columbus, OH, with a national responsibility model and a strong emphasis on recruiting, onboarding, and developing partners who can leverage TierFive's document-imaging capabilities.

• Experience in business development, channel sales, partner development, or B2B relationship development.
• Ability to research markets, identify decision-makers, and open new relationships.
• Experience with partner ecosystems and tech industry dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new partners across the United States.
• Build and manage a national partner-development pipeline.
• Initiate outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and Teams to generate opportunities.
• Educate partners on TierFive capabilities and engagement options.
• Coordinate with internal teams on proposals and opportunities.
