Job summary

The John Gore Organization in the United States seeks an Operations Manager to support the National Director and SVP, Operations and Labor. The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and comfort with learning new software systems to manage deadlines and seasonal workloads.

Key duties include season pricing oversight, final schedule review, settlement memos, data entry, and coordinating settlements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret pricing proposals and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with National Director on season pricing process overseeing pricing of multiple markets.
• Manage final schedule review process.
• Co-manage settlement database.
• Prepare settlement memos for select markets.
• Draft and send e-mails and track action items and deadlines.
• Set up and maintain spreadsheets.
• Edit and organize PDFs in Adobe Pro.
• Data Entry.
• Coordinate, review, and perform engagement settlements.
